As far as I can tell, the https://www.witchvox.com site is the hugest Wiccan/Pagan/Witch/Shamanic reference for looking up groups, stores, individuals, information, and such there is. If you haven't been having much luck searching the Net for this kind of stuff, try rolling around those listings. That being said, it will take a LOT of looking because there's a whole lot of dumb crap on there. But there are goodies in the haystack.
The Pagan Federation https://paganfed.org/ exists primarily in Ireland, Scotland, and Wales, but appears to be branching out.

Other forums that talk about Witchcraft, Paganism, etc which are sober and reasonable:

Other wildly popular Witchcraft, Pagan, and Wiccan forums:

www.traditionalwitch.net - some time ago the Traditional Witch forum admin was extremely hostile to Wiccans in her introductory posts. It seems she has since toned them down, but Wicca is not a topic of discussion allowed on that forum. Saying "Blessed be" or "merry part" or whatever will also get you the side-eye.
